This is where you can request a custom doll made to your specifications! It can be a mini-me of yourself or someone you know, based on a character you like, or just a doll with a certain aesthetic/features you like. Please keep in mind though, that I will not make an exact copy of my past dolls nor will I copy another artist's original designs or style. 

Starting Costs
Base doll provided by me: $435 USD (free shipping within the United States).
Base doll provided by customer: $395 USD (free shipping within the United States, customer pays shipping to send the doll to me).

To request a personalized doll, please read all the details below and use the contact form at the end to tell me about the type of doll you'd like. Requests will be added to my waiting list, from which I will choose projects to take on whenever I'm able to do commissions.

Each doll is made using a fake/TBL base and has synthetic hair. I will do my best to find your requested hair style and color as a rooted scalp, but since styles are limited, we may need to choose a wig instead. Each doll will have a posable jointed body which is based on the Pureneemo S Body. There are 5 skin tones available: pale, fair, tan, light brown, and dark brown.

Customizations Include:

- Neck joint added (enables more movement)
- Reinforced knees 
- New eyelashes
- 4 new pairs of glass eye chips
- Gaze corrected, boggled eyes
- Sleep eyes with 2 beaded pull chords
- full synthetic hair attached to scalp, washed, styled and cut
- Nose, mouth, and philtrum carved
- Face and eyelids painted with artist quality Panpastels
- Back plate signed, numbered and dated with a matching moth illustration
- Face sealed multiple times with with multiple layers of Mr Super Clear UV-cut matt, and a light layer of UV-cut gloss

The Process:

Planning Stage
I'll reach out to you and we'll discuss your doll's features as well as the outfit and any add-ons you're interested in. I'll set up a custom listing for you to make the payment, and then order all the materials I'll need for your doll.

Concept Stage
I put together a mock-up concept image of how your doll will look. We can make as many changes to it as necessary in order to ensure your doll looks exactly how you want. Once you've approved the concept image, I won't accept further changes to the design.

Carving Stage
I work on carving the doll's face as well as making modifications to the knees and neck joints. I'll send you progress photos throughout this stage to keep you updated.

Faceup Stage
I paint and seal the face, assemble your doll and send you an update photo of the final result before getting your doll ready to be shipped to you.

Optional add-ons: (extra cost)

- Detachable ears ($5)
- Specialty detachable ears which can be pierced to wear real earrings ($30 + cost of earrings)
- Bald dome with silicone wig cap and wig (cost of the wig)
- Sculpted eyes or sculpted eyes and cheeks ($85 - $150 depending on complexity)
- Open mouth ($30 - $50 depending on complexity)
- Glued-on piercings (sparkly studs and hoop piercings in silver or gold are free. Specific piercings I don't already have may cost $1)
- Hand-drawn tattoos (depends on the quantity and complexity)
- Different body such as a Pureneemo replica with a flat chest, Obitsu 22/24, YMY 22/24, etc. (the combined cost of the body and any different neck adapters needed for it)

I'm open to discussing any extra features not listed. For things like different skin tones (not including the default ones mentioned above) we'll need to use a different body made of resin to ensure that the paint doesn't crack.

Each Doll Comes With:

- One outfit
- Extra hands in different poses
- A Blythe style clover stand
- My choice of extra little gifts
(gifts may vary depending on what is currently available to me)

Shipping:

Each order will be carefully packaged in a decorative storage box and shipped via USPS priority mail.


Things To Note:

⚠️ While I try to make your doll look as close to the mock-up drawing as I can, since it is made before I receive the materials, the final product may have slight differences in the appearance of the hair and clothing.

⚠️ As these are handmade dolls, they are not factory-level perfect. They will have slight imperfections, but each one is made with a lot of love and attention to detail. Feel free to ask me questions or request extra photos. 

⚠️ These are art dolls intended for collectors and not a toy for children. The small parts included may pose a choking hazard, so please keep out of reach of small children and pets at all times.


Terms & Policies:

I will order materials and begin work on your doll only after I have received full payment. Since materials can take around 2 weeks to get to me, I may not be able to start carving until I receive the base doll.

Cancellations and returns: All sales are final. Once you have paid for your personalized listing, I do not accept cancellations or returns.

Shipping and customs: buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Once your doll has been shipped out, I will keep an eye on the tracking to follow your doll's journey to you, but I unfortunately cannot do anything about delays once it's out of my hands.

Please keep in mind that I cannot guarantee I'll take on your request. If I don't reach out to you, it may be that your request isn't something I think I can properly execute, or I simply haven't had time to get to it. I do have a preference for theme/character based dolls, but I will still take on mini-me requests.
